I start two screen sessions: one has the Django web server, and the other has the Celery worker. In a web browser session (not visible here), I create a new network source, and then I create a scan for it.

At 00:38, I create the network source. Note the Celery worker completes the connection task.
At 00:45, I create the scan. Note the Celery worker completes the inspection task (so much Ansible output) and eventually the fingerprinting task. These tasks complete around 01:27.

While this site doesn't offer GIF conversion at the moment, you can still do it yourself with the help of asciinema GIF generator utility - agg.

Once you have it installed run the following command to create GIF file:

agg https://asciinema.org/a/572975 572975.gif

Or, if you already downloaded the recording file:

agg 572975.cast 572975.gif

Check agg --help for all available options. You can change font family and size, select color theme, adjust speed and more.
