RISC OS Pyromaniac provides an implementation of the NVRAM / clock chip which is accessible over IIC. It’s simple enough to read the time.

The recording shows a simple BASIC program changing the address that we’ll read from, and then reading the time - it’s April 27th, at 11:47pm when the recording was made.
