Pioneer HW v1.3

This is a testing version, which changed from Xfce to KDE Plasma (Wayland) by default.

The firstboot script is now replaced with cloud-init.

Known issues:

Radeon R5 230 (the stock dGPU) has some bugs, including:
- Graphics artifacts/Garbled screenshot/graphics
- Mouse cursor disappears
- Better use a GCN card instead (e.g. Radeon RX series, RX550, etc.)
No timesync services installed by default
- Manually set the time, then sudo apt update; sudo apt install -y systemd-timesyncd
