This screen recording showcases the compilation and deployment of a secure enclave (AWS Nitro) running an Alpine Linux-based Docker image with an oracle that acts as a validator for XRPL online deposits to offline currency in a WhisperCash CBDC scenario.

Once started, the oracle monitors the XRPL ledger for deposits to the escrow and signs credit instructions to authorize end-user wallets to increase their offline balance once the deposit has been confirmed.
