Demonstration of the (failed) attempt of cracking Petya Green key by genetic algorithms. As we can see, the genetic approach does not take us any forward than the simple random attack. It is because the output that we get in this case does not allow us to measure the progress. We never know when we are coming closer to the solutions, so we cannot base the next key on the previous generations. You can check it by your own, code is available here: https://github.com/hasherezade/petya_recovery/tree/green
