Glances + Open Metrics: Collect Prometheus Metrics with Datadog

In hosts were it is difficult to install an agent for collection, we can use Glances (and eventually create a daemon service) to expose metrics as a Prometheus endpoint.

Configure a host to expose its host metrics via a Prometheus endpoint. Configure the Datadog Agent integration OpenMetrics YAML to collect the Prometheus data from the remote host.
