First Flux + GPU run on GKE!

Today was the first time we attempting using a GPU on GKE, and although we could not get two, we were able to get a count of 1 (and a second time when I was on my own later) and this is the first time running a simple application (pennant) with a GPU with the Flux Operator on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)! Note that with lstopo, the “3D” device is the Nvidia GPU.
