Fuji repeated add validator error is almost instantaneous, but get current validators API update takes about 80/110 seconds

For primary validators, after adding a node, repeated AddPermissionlessValidatorTX fails as expected. But GetCurrentValidators API takes 80 seconds to include the node. For subnet validators, after adding a node, repeated AddSubnetValidatorTx fails as expected. But GetCurrentValidators API takes 110 seconds to include the node.
