This is a quick demo of Sprout.

Sprout is a tool that provides fast, deduplicated content and database seeding for WordPress projects.

Here is a quick demo of setting up a new repo, snapshotting and seeding content, then running multiple snapshots to show how the incremental / deduplication works to save disk space.

Once you have it installed, generate a GIF with the following command:
