I’m working on a program that people, perhaps field services, can use to configure switch ports without ̶i̶n̶c̶e̶s̶s̶a̶n̶t̶l̶y̶ ̶b̶u̶g̶g̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶m̶e̶ contacting the network team. In this video, I show how this program can be used to lookup ports by switch, and by mac, and demonstrate several ways in which I try to break the switch which are thwarted by the code. If the port is up, it determines if it is a phone/wap/access port. Ideas are welcome, and testers appreciated. Note: Currently, the ability to perform the change is disabled for testing purposes.
