WARGAMES is a Global Thermonuclear War game simulator for the Unix-Like shells. It emulates the classic 1982 Wargames movie.

-Obliterate cities in the US and the USSR with ICBMs, SLBMs, and Strategic Bombers. -Destroy NORAD and VVS regional COMMAND and CONTROL.

Induce riots with FIFTH COLUMNs. Spread Democracy in the USSR! Fight for Social Justice in the US!
Hunt and crack down internal FIFTH COLUMN dissidents with EDGAR and BERIA. Get KAROL! Put the POPE in front of a Shooting Squad! Take out MLK! Set your crosshair in JFK! “The best play is to Move”

While this site doesn't offer GIF conversion at the moment, you can still do it yourself with the help of asciinema GIF generator utility - agg.

Once you have it installed run the following command to create GIF file:

agg https://asciinema.org/a/475153 475153.gif

Or, if you already downloaded the recording file:

agg 475153.cast 475153.gif

Check agg --help for all available options. You can change font family and size, select color theme, adjust speed and more.
