With Cortext-M7 600 MHz as the controller, CDP1802/CDP1806 can run at about 3.3MHz clock. The controller can communicate with the MPU via software UART using Q and #FE3 at 9,600bps. It can run BASIC3 without modification (http://www.sunrise-ev.com/1802.htm).
