With Cortext-M7 600 MHz as the controller, MOS6502 and variants can run at 1MHz bus clock. At the power up, the controller detects which hardware variant is running, 6502, W65C02S, or W65C816S and change its behavior accordingly. At the reset time, the controller determin which MPU variant is running, 6502, 65SC02, 65C02, W65C02S, or 65816. This controller supports native 65816 mode as well and provides full 16MB using PSRAM on Teensy 4.1.
