This tutorial shows how to install Jekyll to be used for building the Meshery Documentation. It was recorded on Ubuntu 18.04, but there is a good chance it will work on other flavors of Debian as well, including WSL on Windows.
The main takeaways are that it is recommended to use RVM, the Ruby Version Manager, to manage Ruby. Avoid installing Ruby as the root user. Also, make sure to install and use the Ruby version specified in docs/Gemfile, which is 2.7.1 as of this writing.
Pause the player and copy-paste the command you want to your own terminal.
Enjoy!
