First oVirt Node and oVirt Engine integration testing

The special thing about this cast is, that it shows the first integration testing done between oVirt Node and oVirt engine, completely without root privileges using python unittests and libvirt user-session domains.

The images used here are the ovirt-appliance-node and ovirt-appliance-engine.
