Switching nodepool on GCE should not impact system availability

On GCE, we create a new nodepool that joins an existing Kubernetes cluster, then we cordon the old nodes and see if our users are impacted by the operation. Finally, we uncordon the nodes and delete the new nodepool in our experiment rollback.

Once you have it installed run the following command to create GIF file:
