OpenStack TripleO: Pike: Deriving DPDK Parameters from Introspection data

In OpenStack Pike Cycle, the DPDK deployment has been further simplified by deriving the required parameters from the introspected data. Generally, operators should provide this information based on the hardware on which DPDK will be deployed. With this automation, DPDK deployment will be done almost like one-click basis.
