“Implement factorial/1 recursively and evaluate factorial(8) (5 + (38 rem 5)).”
Exercise 6 of 10 from the Erlang programming practice. This exercise was performed on an Ubuntu EC2 instance in AWS Academy, using the Erlang interactive shell (erl). It demonstrates recursion by implementing a factorial function and evaluating the factorial of 8, obtaining 40320.
